My thoughts about the episode!

As usual I've watched the episode later than all of you so I've also missed all the discussion group and I'm sure all the polemic!I was spoilerfree but I had a feeling that my show would have left me with a huge lump in my throat!On the contrary it made me feel quiet,so quiet it's kind of scary,but it's not a bad thing 'cause it means I have so many thoughts in my head I can't find a way to put them together in a review!
I have not much to say about the episode in general,I liked the writing and I really loved the directing,and the boys looked better than usual;clearly I've decided to talk about the eps because of that final scene between Sam and Dean!
I want to start this "thinkings" list with a question:have you ever been angry with someone that you physically couldn't stop the stream of words coming out of your mouth?I think deep inside we ALL are capable of thinking cruel and mean things,and we also feel ashamed of ourselves for that;this doesn't mean we're monsters.
Dean's reaction was pretty much predictable,he needs to know that his brother trusts him,to take care of Sammy,to "literally" hold him back but not because Sam is his little puppet and he doesn't care about his opinions,he just want to keep him safe,with all the good intentions!On the other side Sam is exactly like his father,stubborn and obstinate and driven,he's never been Dean's shadow,yes...he looked up to his brother since he was four,but he is also the one who left for college,who chose to be more what HE wanted to be and not who his father wanted him to be!In After School Special Mr Wyatt tells Sam he has potential and he can make his own choices,does this mean that Sam is only trying to tell Dean he is ready to face Lillith,that it's his priority and he doesn't want obstacles standing in the way?Meaning Dean who's obviously fragile and want to be everywhere but near that demon!
Since John's death they both changed so we should stop pretending our boys are still the same of season 1 and 2,this is a dynamic show,the characters grow and with them their relationships and perspectives!I don't know if my thoughts make sense to you and maybe what I've said is something you already knew,but right now I think there are so many things to talk about,so many questions!This is good right?Means our show still make us feel excited!

In conclusion I don't have negative feelings about what happened between Sam and Dean,of course it breaks my heart seeing how much Sammy's words could have hurt Dean (when he wants ...he can hit hard,and I'm not talking about punches!) and of course we are scared about the idea of them not being all brotherly brothers,but we have to see things like part of the big scary picture Kripke is creating ok?
